It is time for the Election of the Sigma Iota Alpha at Large
Chapter Officers 2025-2027
The Sigma Iota Alpha at Large Chapter invites nominations from the membership, including self-nominations, to serve a two-year term on the board beginning July1, 2025 The first year of office is under mentorship.
Positions to be filled in this election are:
Vice President: The vice president assists the president and shall perform the duties of the president in the president’s absence. In the event of the president vacating office during the term, the vice president shall succeed into the presidency until the president-elect takes office at the next meeting of the House of Delegates.
Treasurer: The treasurer shall be the chapter treasurer and manages the chapter’s finances, prepares an annual budget, and financial reporting.
Secretary The secretary shall serve as the chapter secretary and keeps a record of all meetings and attendance, manages communication within the chapter, and sends out mailings and reminders.
Faculty counselor at William Paterson University, School of Nursing:
The faculty counselor supports faculty members at WPUNJ including the
chapter’s activities and ensures is adherence to society bylaws and procedures.
Must be a WPUNJ faculty member.
